Third-Party Services

Last updated: 14 September 2026

eCommPilot can connect to external platforms and relies on infrastructure providers. This page explains the main third-party relationships relevant to the current service.

eBay

eCommPilot can connect to an eBay seller account through eBay OAuth with the seller's consent. Depending on the permissions granted, eCommPilot may read seller identity, listings, orders, finance transactions and traffic analytics. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. Current Phase 1 production use is read-only; eCommPilot does not publish, revise or end listings, upload tracking, issue refunds, cancel orders or reprice listings through this integration.

AliExpress

eCommPilot may use approved AliExpress developer access for product, supplier, pricing, shipping or other capabilities that are specifically authorized for the connected application. Capabilities are enabled only after permission is verified. Automated supplier ordering is not enabled in the current Phase 1 workflow.

OpenAI

When configured, eCommPilot may send prompts and the minimum relevant workspace context needed to provide AI-assisted research, analysis or operations features. Users should avoid placing passwords, API secrets, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data into prompts.

Hosting, database and queue infrastructure

eCommPilot currently uses Hostinger for application hosting, Supabase/PostgreSQL for primary database services, and Upstash/Redis for queue or cache infrastructure. These providers may process technical and operational information necessary to host and deliver the service.

Independent terms

Third-party providers are independent services with their own terms, privacy notices and developer policies. Connecting a third-party account to eCommPilot does not replace your obligations to that provider. You should maintain authority to use each connected account and comply with the provider's rules.

Changes

As eCommPilot adds or removes integrations, this page may be updated to reflect material third-party services used by the application.
